AagamShabdkosh.Net is an initiative to create a comprehensive and authoritative dictionary of words found in the Jain Agamas and related scriptures.

The goal of this project is to systematically document and explain the meaning, context, and usage of Agam terminology, making this rich spiritual vocabulary more accessible to scholars, students, and seekers.

In spirit, the project aims to serve Jain literature in a way similar to how the Oxford Dictionary serves the English language by providing a reliable and structured reference for understanding its words.

This website is currently under development.

The project is being gradually built through research, compilation, and digital organization of Agam vocabulary. More content and features will be added over time.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and welcome your interest in this effort to preserve and share the linguistic heritage of Jain scriptures.

Preserving the language of the Agamas is also a way of preserving the wisdom they carry.
